- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Place the crust in the fridge to chill.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth. Gradually mix in the powdered sugar, then add the vanilla extract and heavy cream. Continue to mix until stiff peaks form.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour the cream cheese filling into the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Return it to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve: If desired, garnish with whipped cream before slicing. Serve cold and enjoy every creamy bite!
