Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (each about 56 oz)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, place the cod fillets.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the fillets and sprinkle with minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and dried oregano.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cod is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
