Ingredients

  • 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 small box (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: food coloring, sprinkles, or colored sugar

Instructions

  1. Ensure the Cool Whip is completely thawed.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, instant pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix with a hand whisk or on low speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. If using food coloring, add a few drops and stir until evenly mixed.
  4. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment or wax paper.
  5. Using a spoon or small scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared tray. Adjust the size to your liking.
  6. If desired, decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar.
  7. Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until candies are firm.
  8. Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
