- 1 container (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 small box (3.4 oz) instant pudding mix (any flavor)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Optional: food coloring, sprinkles, or colored sugar
Instructions
- Ensure the Cool Whip is completely thawed.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, instant pudding mix, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix with a hand whisk or on low speed until smooth and creamy.
- If using food coloring, add a few drops and stir until evenly mixed.
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment or wax paper.
- Using a spoon or small scoop, drop dollops of the mixture onto the prepared tray. Adjust the size to your liking.
- If desired, decorate with sprinkles or colored sugar.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 2-3 hours until candies are firm.
- Remove from the freezer and serve immediately.
