- 1 cup (240g) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup (75g) mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup (45g) chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup (45g) maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 cup (60g) crushed graham crackers or waffle cone crumbs (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk, letting it sit for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- In a separate large bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the thickened pudding mixture into the whipped cream until combined and smooth.
- In a large serving dish, layer the banana slices, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
- Spread the pudding and whipped cream mixture over the top.
- Optional: Sprinkle crushed graham crackers or waffle cone crumbs on top.
- Top with maraschino cherries and a few extra chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving.
- Scoop into bowls or serve directly from the dish.
Notes
For the best flavor and texture, use fresh, ripe bananas. Add graham cracker crumbs right before serving for extra crunch.
