These fun and easy Easter Oreo Truffle Eggs are made from crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in colorful chocolate, perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients

- 1 package (about 36) Oreo cookies
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 12 oz white chocolate (or colored candy melts)
- Food coloring (pink, blue, yellow, purple)
- Sprinkles or edible glitter for decoration
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into small egg shapes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the truffle eggs for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt white chocolate or candy melts, and add food coloring if desired.
- Dip each truffle egg into the melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on the tray. Drizzle with colored chocolate and top with sprinkles.
- Let the coating harden, chilling briefly in the fridge if needed.
Notes
For easier shaping, chill the mixture for 10 minutes before rolling. You can also use other cookie types for variations.
