A colorful and fun no-bake dessert with vibrant layers of Jell-O and creamy Cool Whip, perfect for Easter celebrations.

- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
- 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water (for each Jell-O flavor)
- 1 cup cold water (for each Jell-O flavor)
- 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- Pastel sprinkles or mini marshmallows (for garnish)
Instructions
- In separate bowls, dissolve each Jell-O flavor in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until slightly thickened but not fully set.
- Once slightly set, gently fold 1/3 of the Cool Whip into each bowl of Jell-O until creamy and fluffy.
- Pour the lemon Jell-O mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, then repeat with the grape Jell-O and finally the berry blue Jell-O, allowing each layer to chill before adding the next.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until fully set.
- Top with extra Cool Whip, pastel sprinkles, or mini marshmallows for a festive touch. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Use different Jell-O flavors for unique combinations.
