Description

A colorful and fun no-bake dessert with vibrant layers of Jell-O and creamy Cool Whip, perfect for Easter celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 (3 oz) box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box grape Jell-O
  • 1 (3 oz) box berry blue Jell-O
  • 1 cup boiling water (for each Jell-O flavor)
  • 1 cup cold water (for each Jell-O flavor)
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
  • Pastel sprinkles or mini marshmallows (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In separate bowls, dissolve each Jell-O flavor in 1 cup boiling water, then stir in 1 cup cold water. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until slightly thickened but not fully set.
  2. Once slightly set, gently fold 1/3 of the Cool Whip into each bowl of Jell-O until creamy and fluffy.
  3. Pour the lemon Jell-O mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes, then repeat with the grape Jell-O and finally the berry blue Jell-O, allowing each layer to chill before adding the next.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) until fully set.
  5. Top with extra Cool Whip, pastel sprinkles, or mini marshmallows for a festive touch. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Use different Jell-O flavors for unique combinations.
