- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture. Spread this filling evenly over the crust.
- Chill & Add Topping: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes, or until firm. Once set, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
- Serve & Enjoy: Slice and serve chilled for a delicious, no-bake treat!
Notes
For best results, use fully softened cream cheese and let the cheesecake chill for at least 4 hours.
