- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread filling over the crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm. Once set, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
- Slice and serve chilled for a delicious no-bake treat!
Notes
For a firmer cheesecake, let it chill longer in the fridge. Customize toppings to your preference!
