Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread filling over the crust.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until firm. Once set, spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the top.
  4. Slice and serve chilled for a delicious no-bake treat!
