Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, dulce de leche, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer the churned ice cream into a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Scoop out the ice cream and serve, drizzling extra dulce de leche on top if desired.
Notes
For additional texture, consider adding chocolate chips or crushed cookies before churning. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
