- 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup assorted chocolates
- 1 cup white chocolate ganache
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan to form a crust.
- Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl and let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, then carefully fold in the whipped cream.
- Layer this creamy mixture over the crust, then add fresh raspberries and assorted chocolates.
- Pour the white chocolate ganache over the top to finish it off.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor. Make sure heavy cream is well whipped for a light texture.
