- 1 1/2 cups crushed cookies
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz white chocolate
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup assorted chocolates
- 1 cup white chocolate ganache
Instructions
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press them into a pan to form the crust.
- Melt the white chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Fold the melted white chocolate into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Layer this mixture over the crust, then add fresh raspberries and assorted chocolates on top.
- Pour the white chocolate ganache over the entire dessert.
- Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve cold, with extra raspberries or a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to three days.
