A delightful twist on the classic deviled eggs, combining creamy egg noodles with traditional flavors.
Ingredients

- 8 oz wide egg noodles, cooked & cooled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, mashed
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp relish or chopped pickles
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, mashed eggs, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Toss in the cooked noodles, sliced bell pepper, and onion. Mix everything until the noodles are well coated.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped chives for a fresh touch.
Notes
Make sure the noodles are completely cooled before mixing. Customize with vegetables or Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
