- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×9 inch baking dish to create the crust.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions, using the cold milk. Let it set for 5 minutes.
- Once the pudding has set, spread it evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Once melted, drizzle the chocolate over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle the chopped almonds and shredded coconut over the chocolate layer.
- Finally, top with the whipped topping and mini marshmallows.
- Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to allow the layers to set.

Notes
For added crunch, you can top with additional graham cracker crumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
