- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Refrigerate the crust for 10 minutes to firm it up.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
- Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced bananas, maraschino cherries, and chocolate chunks.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup for added sweetness.
