A sweet and refreshing dessert combining the classic flavors of a banana split into a creamy cheesecake without any baking.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 1 cup maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup chocolate chunks
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to beat until mixed well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top the cheesecake with sliced bananas, maraschino cherries, and chocolate chunks. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Notes
Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese for easy mixing. Customize with other fruits or toppings as desired.
