- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed cookies
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the pan to create a crust.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
- Once baked, cool the cheesecake completely. Top with sliced bananas and crushed cookies before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with whipped cream if desired. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to two months.
