Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter. Press this mixture into the pan to create a crust.
  3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, mashed bananas, and heavy cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Once baked, cool the cheesecake completely. Top with sliced bananas and crushed cookies before serving.
