- 24 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup crushed cookies
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture into the pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then add the eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas, and heavy cream. Mix well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Once baked, cool the cheesecake completely. Top it with sliced bananas and crushed cookies before serving.

Let the cheesecake cool completely before topping it with bananas to prevent browning.
