  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 2 bananas, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press this mixture into the pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Then add the eggs, vanilla, mashed bananas, and heavy cream. Mix well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  5. Once baked, cool the cheesecake completely. Top it with sliced bananas and crushed cookies before serving.
