A classic dessert combining creamy cheesecake with sweet and tart fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in sour cream and flour until fully combined. Pour half of the batter over the crust.
- Blend sliced strawberries and strawberry jam until smooth. Pour half of this strawberry mixture over the batter in the pan.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining batter and strawberry mixture.
- Use a knife to create a marbled effect in the batter.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly open for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth batter. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your taste.
