A sweet, creamy dessert that perfectly captures the essence of a classic banana split, layered with fruits and topped with delightful toppings. No baking required!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; continue to mix until well incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust. Layer the sliced bananas, strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini chocolate chips on top.
  6. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer.
  7. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  8. Before serving, add whipped cream, top with maraschino cherries, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  9. Slice and serve chilled. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for a smooth filling. Chill the cheesecake longer if you want it firmer. Use fresh fruits for the best flavor.
