Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Then, gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  5. Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
