- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Then, gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
- Top with sliced bananas and strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a special touch, add extra whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce on top before serving. Ensure the cheesecake is chilled until ready to serve.
