A creamy cheesecake that captures the classic flavors of a banana split without the need for baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create a crust. Chill the crust in the refrigerator.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  6. Layer the sliced bananas, strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini chocolate chips over the first layer.
  7. Top with the remaining cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes to set.
  9. Before serving, add whipped cream, top with maraschino cherries, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  10. Slice and serve chilled. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Notes

For best results, chill overnight if possible. Ensure the cream cheese is well softened for easy mixing.
