Ingredients

- 250g wheat flour
- 4 eggs
- 100g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 200g sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 50g chocolate powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a pan with butter.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar until light and creamy.
- Add melted butter and milk, mixing well.
- Stir in wheat flour mixed with baking powder until smooth.
- Separate half of the dough and mix in chocolate powder.
- Alternate placing the two doughs in the greased pan.
- Swirl with a fork to create a marble effect.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
For best results, ensure butter is melted but not hot. Store in an airtight container.
