Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Sift together the flour and yeast powder, then gradually fold it into the egg mixture.
- Dissolve the soluble coffee in hot water, and add it to the batter. Mix until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before serving. Prepare a coffee creamer as desired to top the cupcakes.
Notes
