Ingredients

  • 150 g of sugar
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of yeast powder
  • 2 tablespoons of dissolved soluble coffee in 2 tablespoons of hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift together the flour and yeast powder, then gradually fold it into the egg mixture.
  4. Dissolve the soluble coffee in hot water, and add it to the batter. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the batter into cupcake molds and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Allow the cupcakes to cool before serving. Prepare a coffee creamer as desired to top the cupcakes.
