  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Whipped cream
  • Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cookie Dough Layer: In a bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add the flour and salt, mixing until well combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. If the dough is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk to adjust the texture. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the Crust: In another bowl, mix the crushed chocolate wafer cookies or graham crackers with the melted butter until fully coated. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
  3. Assemble the Cake: Spread a layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the chilled crust. Then, add a layer of the prepared cookie dough, smoothing it out. Next, top with the softened chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, spreading it evenly. Freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.
