Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined.
- Press this mixture into mini pie tins to form the crusts.
- Bake the crusts for 8 minutes, then let them cool completely.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a layer of vanilla pudding into each cooled crust.
- Add banana slices on top of the pudding.
- Finish with a generous layer of whipped cream.
- Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Make sure to let the crusts cool completely before adding the filling. Use ripe but firm bananas for best flavor and texture. You can adjust the sweetness by modifying the sugar in the whipped cream or pudding.
