Delicious mini treats that capture all the flavors of a traditional banana cream pie in an easy-to-eat form.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar together until well combined.
- Press this mixture into mini pie tins to form the crusts.
- Bake the crusts for 8 minutes or until they are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
- Spread a layer of vanilla pudding into each cooled crust.
- Add the sliced bananas on top of the pudding layer.
- Top each pie bite with the whipped cream and garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas for the best flavor and texture. Whip cream while cold for better results. Prepare the crust and vanilla pudding a day ahead to save time.
