Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Base: Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
  2. Prepare the Dark Chocolate Layer: Heat 1 cup of heavy cream until warm, pour over dark chocolate, stir until smooth, mix in sugar, cool, pour over cookie base, and refrigerate.
  3. Create the Milk Chocolate Layer: Heat cream and pour over milk chocolate, stir, pour over dark chocolate layer, and chill.
  4. Finish with the White Chocolate Layer: Repeat with white chocolate, pour over milk chocolate layer, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Decorate with chocolate shavings before slicing and serving.

Notes

For serving, consider adding whipped cream or fresh berries on the side. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
