- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Base: Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter in a bowl, then press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Prepare the Dark Chocolate Layer: Heat 1 cup of heavy cream until warm, pour over dark chocolate, stir until smooth, mix in sugar, cool, pour over cookie base, and refrigerate.
- Create the Milk Chocolate Layer: Heat cream and pour over milk chocolate, stir, pour over dark chocolate layer, and chill.
- Finish with the White Chocolate Layer: Repeat with white chocolate, pour over milk chocolate layer, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Garnish and Serve: Decorate with chocolate shavings before slicing and serving.
Notes
For serving, consider adding whipped cream or fresh berries on the side. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
