- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.

- Repeat the same steps with white chocolate. Spread it evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight.

Notes
For extra creaminess, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form before mixing with chocolate. Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days.
