A rich and creamy dessert layered with dark, milk, and white chocolate to satisfy any chocolate lover’s cravings.

- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g milk chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 200g white chocolate, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Chocolate shavings or curls for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and refrigerate.
- Heat 1 cup of heavy cream until warm (not boiling). Pour over dark chocolate and stir until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Once slightly cooled, pour over the cookie base and refrigerate.
- Repeat the process using milk chocolate. Pour the milk chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer and chill again.
- Repeat with white chocolate, spreading evenly over the milk chocolate layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with chocolate shavings. Slice and enjoy.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor. Allow each layer to chill fully for proper setting. For a lighter texture, fold in whipped cream before layering.
