  • 1 cup red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • Whipped cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring to mix well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and milk until everything is combined.
  5. In another bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix with the melted butter to create a thick batter.
  6. Layer half of the red velvet batter into the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the red velvet layer.
  8. Drizzle the remaining red velvet batter on top and use a knife to swirl it together gently.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set.
  10. Allow the cheesecake to cool and then refrigerate it for at least 3 hours.
  11. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
