Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined. Set aside.
  3. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave until it just begins to simmer.
  4. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy.
  5. In 6 dessert glasses or jars, layer brownie cubes at the bottom.
  6. Add a layer of cheesecake filling, spreading it evenly.
  7. Spoon a layer of chocolate ganache over the cheesecake filling.
  8. Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with ganache on top.
  9. Top each parfait with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed nuts for a decorative touch.
  10. Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
