- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined. Set aside.
- Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan or in the microwave until it just begins to simmer.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips in a bowl and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until smooth and glossy.
- In 6 dessert glasses or jars, layer brownie cubes at the bottom.
- Add a layer of cheesecake filling, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon a layer of chocolate ganache over the cheesecake filling.
- Repeat the layers as desired, finishing with ganache on top.
- Top each parfait with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or crushed nuts for a decorative touch.
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 120 minutes before serving to allow the layers to set.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding a splash of coffee or espresso powder to the ganache. If you are short on time, you can use pre-made brownie bites instead of cutting brownies into cubes. Let the cream cheese come to room temperature before mixing to ensure a smooth texture.
