Description

An indulgent dessert featuring layers of hazelnut cream and whipped cream atop a sponge cake, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 sponge cake base
  • 2 cups hazelnut cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sponge cake base and let it cool.
  2. Spread a layer of hazelnut cream over the cake.
  3. Add a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
  4. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the whole cake.
  5. Refrigerate for 1 hour to let it set.
  6. Decorate with remaining whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crunch, toast the chopped hazelnuts lightly before using them as a topping. You can also use store-bought whipped cream to save time.
