- 1 sponge cake base
- 2 cups hazelnut cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup chocolate ganache
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the sponge cake base and let it cool.
- Spread a layer of hazelnut cream over the cake.
- Add a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
- Drizzle chocolate ganache over the whole cake.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour to let it set.
- Decorate with remaining whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, toast the chopped hazelnuts lightly before using them as a topping. You can also use store-bought whipped cream to save time.
