Description

A rich and delightful dessert combining dark chocolate with creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g pie crust dough
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 200g peanut butter
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g roasted almonds
  • 50g caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust dough and press it into a pie dish, covering the sides evenly.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate. Mix it with the cream and sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter with the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Layer the chocolate mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Add the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Bake the pie for 25 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Let the pie cool at room temperature.
  9. Drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle roasted almonds on top.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For added richness, serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. The pie can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
