Ingredients

  • 200g pie crust dough
  • 150g dark chocolate
  • 200g peanut butter
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g roasted almonds
  • 50g caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the pie crust dough and press it into a pie dish evenly.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, then mix in the cream and sugar until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter with eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Then layer the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  8. After baking, let the pie cool completely.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with roasted almonds.
  10. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For extra creaminess, add more cream when melting the chocolate.
