- 200g pie crust dough
- 150g dark chocolate
- 200g peanut butter
- 100ml cream
- 50g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100g roasted almonds
- 50g caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the pie crust dough and press it into a pie dish evenly.
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, then mix in the cream and sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the peanut butter with eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the pie crust, smoothing it out evenly.
- Then layer the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- After baking, let the pie cool completely.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with roasted almonds.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. For extra creaminess, add more cream when melting the chocolate.
