A rich dessert combining dark chocolate with creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.

- 200g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 4 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 100g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 200g peanut butter
- 100ml caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180ยฐC and line a cake tin with baking paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water, then let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Mix in the slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
- Fold in the flour and baking powder gently until well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, then let the cake cool completely.
- Once the cake is cool, spread a layer of peanut butter between the cake layers.
- Pour warm caramel sauce over the top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Chill the cake in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor. For added crunch, sprinkle some crushed peanuts on top before serving.
