A rich and indulgent cheesecake combining creamy peanut butter and chocolate with a crunchy Oreo crust and a sweet caramel drizzle.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- Confectioner’s sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Mix the crushed Oreos and melted butter together. Press this mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth. Pour this mixture over the chilled crust.
- Bake the cheesecake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes. After baking, let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once chilled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake. Allow it to set for a bit.
- Heat the heavy cream until steaming. Pour it over the melted chocolate and whisk until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Let it cool slightly before using.
- Spread the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake. Top with chopped peanuts and dust with confectioner’s sugar.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for a smooth filling. Chill the cheesecake long enough to firm it up for the best flavor.
