- 8 oz (225g) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Oreo Cookies, crushed
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Caramel Sauce
- 6 oz Semisweet Chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Peanuts, chopped
- Confectioner’s Sugar, for dusting
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter together in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Pour this mixture over the chilled crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-50 minutes. Let the cheesecake cool completely and then chill for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and allow it to set.
- Heat heavy cream until steaming. Pour over melted chocolate and whisk until glossy and smooth. Let it cool slightly before using.
- Spread the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top and dust with confectioner’s sugar to finish.

Ensure cream cheese is softened for smooth filling. Allow cheesecake to chill properly for the best texture.
