Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 300g cream cheese
- 150g sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 100g crushed chocolate cookies
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the melted chocolate, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the mixture.
- Press the crushed cookies into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shards before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with fresh berries or whipped cream. Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
