- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese

- 1 cup chocolate ganache

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip together heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the sliced pound cake at the bottom of a dish, spreading the cream mixture between each layer of cake.
- Pour the warm chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top, then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider adding espresso powder to the cream mixture. Ensure not to over-whip the cream.
