- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
