- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into a pan to form a solid crust.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and more caramel sauce.
- Chill the cake for at least 240 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Before serving, top the cake with additional caramel sauce.
Notes
For the best flavor and texture, allow the cake to chill overnight. You can add nuts or swap caramel sauce for chocolate sauce for variations.
