Description

A rich and creamy dessert featuring layers of caramel and a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan to form a crust.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  6. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  7. Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
  8. Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
  9. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, top with more caramel sauce.

Notes

Ensure to use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. The cake can be served with additional whipped cream or caramel drizzle.
