- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan to form a crust.
- Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
- Drizzle with half of the caramel sauce.
- Add the remaining cream cheese mixture on top and drizzle with the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with more caramel sauce.
Notes
Ensure to use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. The cake can be served with additional whipped cream or caramel drizzle.
