- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Mix in the sour cream, heavy cream, and cocoa powder until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until set but slightly wobbly in the center.
- Allow it to cool completely.
- Once cooled, spread the cherry pie filling evenly on top.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the cherries.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
