- 4 cups sliced cucumbers (about 2 large cucumbers)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice cucumbers into thick rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel to reduce excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, toss cucumbers with ranch dressing until fully coated.
- Stir in shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives.
- Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Give it a gentle toss before serving cold. Sprinkle extra cheese or bacon on top if desired!
Notes
Best when consumed within 1-2 days. Store bacon separately if you want to maintain its crunch.
