Description

A refreshing and delicious salad combining cool cucumbers with creamy ranch dressing, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sliced cucumbers (about 2 large cucumbers)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips bacon, cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumbers into thick rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel to reduce excess moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, toss cucumbers with ranch dressing until fully coated.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chopped chives.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  5. Give it a gentle toss before serving cold. Sprinkle extra cheese or bacon on top if desired!

Notes

Best when consumed within 1-2 days. Store bacon separately if you want to maintain its crunch.
