Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the cubed steak over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- In another pan, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Toast the bread slices and butter them if desired.
- Layer the cooked cubed steak, scrambled eggs, cheese, and slices of tomato on the bread.
- Assemble the sandwiches and serve warm.
