Description

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 slices Cheese
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices Bread
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Butter, for toasting

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the cubed steak over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In another pan, scramble the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the bread slices and butter them if desired.
  4. Layer the cooked cubed steak, scrambled eggs, cheese, and slices of tomato on the bread.
  5. Assemble the sandwiches and serve warm.
