Description

Delicious Cuban sandwiches loaded with savory meats, cheese, and pickles, all pressed together in crispy bread.


Ingredients

  • Cuban bread
  • Roast pork
  • Ham
  • Swiss cheese
  • Pickles
  • Mustard
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a sandwich press or skillet.
  2. Slice Cuban bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer roast pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickles on the bottom half of the bread.
  4. Spread mustard on the top half of the bread.
  5. Close the sandwich and butter the outside.
  6. Grill the sandwich until the bread is golden and the cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Slice and serve hot.
