Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (sugar-free if low carb)
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In an oven-safe bowl or foil pan, spread pizza sauce over the bottom.
  2. Layer cooked sausage, peppers, tomatoes, and olives on top.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over everything.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and dig in with a fork!
