- 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Layer the diced potatoes, steak, and onion in your Crockpot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the steak and potatoes, and gently stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steak is cooked.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top about 15 minutes before serving, cover, and let it melt.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
For variation, add vegetables like bell peppers or jalapeños for extra flavor and nutrition.
