Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced potatoes, steak, and onion in your Crockpot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, sour cream, and heavy cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the steak and potatoes, and gently stir to coat.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until the potatoes are fork-tender and the steak is cooked.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top about 15 minutes before serving, cover, and let it melt.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
