Description

A delicious and hearty meal with tender steak and creamy potatoes, perfect for any day of the week.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
  • 5 medium Yukon gold potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Toss steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
  2. Layer the mixture into a greased crockpot.
  3. Cook on Low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or High for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top, cover for 10 minutes to melt.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm!

Notes

To store leftovers, let the dish cool and transfer to an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
