Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into cubes
- 5 medium Yukon gold potatoes, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Toss steak, potatoes, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper with olive oil.
- Layer the mixture into a greased crockpot.
- Cook on Low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or High for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the steak is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
- Sprinkle cheese on top, cover for 10 minutes to melt.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
Notes
To store leftovers, let the dish cool and transfer to an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
